Step 1 - We begin our process with a complete needs analysis of what our client is looking for in a candidate.
Step 2 - We then determine how we are going to present the opportunity
Step 3 - Next our executive recruiter develops a search assignment profile
Step 4 - After the profile is developed, we research other companies and candidate that could be potential matches.
Step 5 - We conduct in-depth candidates interviews
Step 6 - We present qualified candidates to the employers
Step 7 - Preparation of the candidates occurs prior to the first interview
Step 8 - Preparation of the hiring manager occurs at this point
Step 9 - In depth reference checks occur
Step 10 - Debriefing of the candidate occurs immediately after the interview
Step 11 – We debrief the employer for feedback regarding candidate interview
Step 12 - Consult with candidate relative to counter offers by current employer
Step 13 – Make offer to candidate and gain acceptance of client offer package
Step 14 - Follow up with client and new hire
