We provide 3 contract options for our recruitment services:
Retained Search
- We are the exclusive search firm for the search assignment. Our retained client will be the top priority for the executive recruiter. This recruiter will be the main contact during the term of your search. Candidates will be thoroughly qualified during our interview process for employment history, experience, licensure, accomplishments and employment goals. References and credentials will be checked and verified during the process. We require 1/3 of the contracted fee to begin the assignment, 1/3 will be payable 30 days after contract signed and final payment will be due within 10 days of employment agreement signing by candidate. Fee is non-refundable.
Contingency Search
- We provide contingency searches for an employer for qualified searches. Search will begin upon receiving the signed contract. We will be paid full fee within 10 days of employment agreement signing by candidate.
Interim Placement
- We provide placement of Interim Management Candidates for specified assignment duration. Fees will be charged on bi-weekly basis.
