Job seekers ask themselves, why use a recruiter? I can look and find a job on my own. Yes you can apply to advertised job listings without the help of a recruiter. However, a recruiter has available to them jobs that may not be advertised to the general public. Also, we have direct access to the decision makers of an organization. Your recruiter has already done the screening interview with you prior to the employer seeing your resume for the first time.

Resumes and applications sent directly through an organization's website may never be reviewed or addressed by the hiring authority, the Director, CNO or CEO. However, with a recruiter your resume and interview notes goes directly to the decision makers.

Recruiters can ask the tough questions up front and know what your current salary, accomplishments, duties and desires for your next position are.

Recruiters provide invaluable assistance and insight into the hospital or medical center when you would like to apply. We can make suggestions to jump start your job search process and match your skills and desires with available opportunities....
