Janet is the President of Next Generation Recruiting, Inc. She is an experienced health care recruiter as well as a registered nurse, case manager, project director for nationally recognized healthcare consulting companies.
She received degrees in nursing from Indiana University, and Indiana Wesleyan University. She has experience in working with hospitals ranging from small “critical access” facilities to large multiple facility health care systems across the nation. Her experience with hospitals and medical centers include national centers of excellence and community hospitals that meet the needs of their patients in their local environment.
Janet works closely with the client hospitals in understanding their needs and the specificities of their search.
Janet understands the importance of hospital culture and the role it plays in successful candidate placement. Janet is a Registered Nurse that is also certified as a CPC, Certified Personnel Consultant and a CERS, Certified Employment Retention Specialist. Janet leads Next Generation Recruiting, Inc. and maintains a successful recruiting desk that places, Directors of Case Management, Case Managers, Directors of Quality, Nurse Educators, COO’s, CFO’s and Nursing Directors.
